Hanalei says goodbye to Earl Simpson
Paddlers and
family gathered to say goodbye to former coach Earl Simpson with a touching
ceremony under the blessing of Kumu Puna Dawson.

Club offered to rig a double hull for the occasion.
Ashes and flowers were
taken out into the Hanalei
Bay
Others joined
on one-mans, 6-mans, surfboards, etc. including Earl’s dog.
